Position Open: Chief Financial Officer

Swift County-Benson Hospital is hiring for a Chief Financial Officer.  The CFO administers, directs, and controls all of hospital’s financial activities.  Keeps administration and Board of Directors informed of the financial condition of the institution.  Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles required.  CPA preferred.  8-10 years of progressive experience in financial reporting and special project work, preferably in a health care setting required. Position Open: Physician

Swift County-Benson Hospital is hiring for a full-time physician. Scheduling will consist of a day, night, weekend, and holiday rotation.  Flexible in determining scheduling. Would have the opportunity to work with patients in the Emergency Room, Urgent Care, Surgery, Wound and Pain Clinics, and also provide In-Patient care. Must be currently licensed as an M.D. or D.O. in the State of Minnesota.  Must be board certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice Internal Medicine, Pediatrics or Surgery. Must be certified in ACLS, ATLS, and PALS.  Two years of Emergency Department experience or equivalent is preferred.  Competitive benefits offered. EOE

Position Open: Nurse Practitioner

Swift County-Benson Hospital has a brand new opportunity for 3 Full-Time Nurse Practitioners.  Scheduling will consist of a day, night, weekend, and holiday rotation.  Flexible in determining scheduling.  These providers would have the opportunity to work with patients in the Emergency Room, Urgent Care, Surgery, Wound and Pain Clinics, and also provide In-Patient care.  Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and Master’s Degree in Nursing required.  Applicants must have current unrestricted MN License and current registration certificate of DEA.  Two years of Emergency Department experience or equivalent is preferred.  Experience in Urgent Care, General Medicine, or Family Practice is preferred.  Must have BLS, ACLS, CALS or ATLS (or within 1 year of hire), PALS (or within one year of hire), Advances Airway Management Course (or within 1 year of hire), Procedural Sedation/Rapid Sequence Intubation (or within one year of hire).  Competitive benefits offered. Position Open: RN

Swift County-Benson Hospital is hiring for a Registered Nurse.  This position would be part-time(.6), providing both weekend and weekday coverage.   Would include both day and night shifts.  Shift differential and on-call compensation.  Position includes ICU, OP Surgery, ER, and Charge.  Experience required.

Position Open: Director of Revenue Integrity

SCBH is hiring for a full-time Director of Revenue Integrity.  Provides system oversight of all operational processes which facilitate and direct the timely and accurate capture of patient charges.  Responsible for providing strategic direction for and oversight of charge description master.  Bachelor’s Degree required.  Must have 5 years healthcare experience and 4 years management experience.  Coding certification preferred.

Position Open: Maintenance

Swift County-Benson Hospital is hiring for a full-time Maintenance position.  Position will consist of daytime and evening hours.  Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot wide variety of equipment and systems.  Must have or be able to obtain boiler operator’s license within 90 days of employment.  High school diploma or GED required.  Two year vo-tech certificate in plumbing, HVAC, low voltage electrical or other electrical certification preferred.  Experience in IT and network management preferred.  EOE

Swift County-Benson Hospital is hiring for additional EMTs.  The training course for new candidates will occur following a hire.  All applicants must have a clean driving record and be available for on-call during shift hours. EOE
