Licensed Dieticians and Nurse Educators Provide Inpatient and Outpatient
Diabetes and Nutrition Education
On Tuesdays and Fridays our Nurse Educator and a Licensed Dietician see clients at the Diabetes Center. We work to help clients manage their Type 1, Type 2, and Gestational Diabetes, Diabetes in Pregnancy, and Preconception Planning. We also work with clients to provide nutritional management for weight control and specialty diets.
The Diabetes Support Group meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 2:30-3:30 pm at the hospital. Everyone is welcome to attend.
