11th Annual Emerald Eve
“A Magical Night of Music”

The 11th Annual Emerald Eve was held on Saturday, April 8th, 2006. It was a very enjoyable evening in the cozy atmosphere of the Benson Golf Club - with over 200 people attending.

Local artists shared their talents with all who attended. A local band, “Gigawatt” performed, as well as The Prairie Lakes String Quartet that had some very familiar faces. Our singing doctors also entertained the crowd during the evening.

Dr. Kidd and Dr. Holte spent some time sharing their enthusiasm for what is happening in “Our” Hospital.

Over $10,000 was raised through ticket sales, donations and the silent auction. A huge thank you to everyone one who donated their time to make this year’s Emerald Eve another great success. We would also like to thank all who donated items for the silent auction as well as everyone who attended the event.

Anyone interested in helping with this annual fundraiser should contact Carol Peterson at 320-843-2752 for more details.

The Foundation is currently looking for volunteers to join a newly formed steering committee that will be spearheading the fundraising program to generate funds for equipment for the new surgical center. Anyone interested can contact Tom Connolly at 320-843-3828.
