Clinic LPN or CMA, full time

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION
The LPN/CMA provides care, within the scope of their practice, to patients in the clinic setting under the direction of the Registered Nurse and or Physician or APP. The LPN/CMA ensures the health, comfort and safety of the patients. The LPN has many administrative and clinic duties. The LPN maintains emergency equipment and other resources needed to provide safe, high quality patient care.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Are you a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota and have a passion to serve others in a small rural acute care facility? If so, you may be the one we are looking for at Swift County Benson Health Services (SCBHS).

SCBHS is seeking a part-time to full-time RN to join our hospital staff. Essential functions in the following areas of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Patient Assessment
  • Patient Education
  • Patient Safety

The successful candidate will have a current CPR certification, ACLS and TNCC and a sincere desire to work with patients, the ability to exercise independent judgment and the ability to assess, plan, organize, direct, and/or implement as well as evaluate nursing care delivery.

The position is a 12 hour rotating day/night shift from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., every third weekend and holidays.

Medical Lab Technician (MLT)

Education Requirements: AAS or BS in Medical Technology and Certification by ASCP, NCA or equivalent. New grads must be board eligible.

Come join our exceptional dietary team as a Cook! We are seeking a full-time Cook/Dietary Aide (32 hours per week). Shifts may include morning and afternoon/early evening, and every third weekend and holidays.
