Executive Assistant

We are seeking a full-time (80 hours per pay period) Executive Assistant (EA) position to support the Administration team. The EA is responsible for supporting the co-Administrators and Senior Leadership Team, SCBH Board of Directors, SCBH Foundation, and Auxiliary. The EA serves as the liaison for various groups in the organization, initiates and prepares correspondence, reports, and presentations, handles and screens calls and correspondence, coordinates calendars, schedules meetings, takes minutes and  prepares agendas.  The EA also coordinates logistical support for meetings and committees, maintains files, coordinates travel arrangements, manages various projects, maintains a contract management system, and assists with grant preparation. A minimum of high school education or equivalent is required.
