Medical Laboratory Scientist

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION

Swift County Benson-Health Services is seeking a full-time Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) to join our team. The MLS is responsible for performing laboratory testing to provide data for use in diagnosis treatment of disease. This position will also work in collaboration with pharmacy on the antibiotic stewardship program and work in collaboration with the infection prevention nurse on infection prevention.

Education requirements: BS in Medical Technology and Certification in ASCP, NCA, or equivalent. New grads must be board eligible.

Swift County-Benson Health Services is seeking a part-time Lab Assistant to join our team.  The Lab Assistant is responsible for performing routine specimen collection for the clinic, hospital, and nursing home under the direction of the Lab Manager.

Housekeeper

GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION

Swift County-Benson Health Services is seeking a housekeeper to assist in the day to day responsibilities of keeping the hospital clean by completing a variety of tasks in several environments.  This person will be operating many types of machines that will include vacuums, scrubbers, and rotary machines.  This position also requires the use of equipment such as mops, buckets, wet rags and dusting rags, window squeegees and sponges.  The position is under the supervisory of the Maintenance Technician.

Education Requirements: High School diploma or GED.
