Many health plans require pre-certification and sometimes predetermination of medical necessity prior to care being rendered. This can take up to six weeks. Services that may require pre-certification include hospital stays, outpatient surgeries/procedures, and hi-tech imaging (MRI/CT).

Time of your appointments: Please be prepared to present your health insurance card and form of ID (ex. Driver’s license) upon admission.
