Dan Enderson, CFO
Dan Enderson will be joining the team at SCBH as the new Chief Financial Officer. With over 35 years of financial management experience, he will be a valuable asset to the administrative team at the hospital. For the past 20 years, he has been responsible for the finance organization for the Case IH plant in Benson. Prior to coming to Benson in 1995, his work experience included stints as a project accountant, accounting manager, plant and division controller, and as a CFO. He brings a deep understanding of accounting, process & system implementation and operational improvement.
As a Benson resident with his wife Donna and five children, Dan is committed to the Benson area and is a very active member of the community. He is on the Board of Directors for the Heartland Girls Ranch. As a member of the St. Francis Parish in Benson he serves on the administrative council, is a trustee and also a religious education instructor. He was a member of the task force that established the Benson Community Foundation; is a past board member and treasurer of the Benson Golf Club; and was on the committee for the development of the outdoor Aquatic Center. Having served on the Board of Directors for SCBH, Dan is excited about being even more directly involved in the health care needs of our community. He looks forward to the challenge of providing healthcare solutions that meet those needs.
We are pleased to announce that Jayne Thielke has accepted the position of Senior Services Director of Finance. Jayne joined SCBH in December 1984 and has served in the following roles Reception/Billing, Business Office Manager and Chief Financial Officer. Her new role will include setting up and maintaining the financial and billing structure of the Home Health, Assisted Living and Memory Care line of business.
We are also pleased to announce the promotion of Janine Ellingson to the position of Director of Revenue Integrity. Janine, who joined SCBH in 1999, has served in the following roles; Health Information Manager, Compliance Officer, Privacy Officer and Medical Staff Services Coordinator. This promotion will give her the opportunity to utilize her skills in a new capacity.
These new opportunities recognize Jayne and Janine for their valuable contributions and give both of them the opportunity for growth as part of the team at SCBH. We wish them the best of luck as they take on their new responsibilities.
