The Swift County-Benson Health Services (SCBHS) Dietary Department is pleased to offer delicious and nutritious meal choices to all of our patients, guests, staff, and other customers.
Meal times for inpatients are 7:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 5:00 p.m. All meal selections are made via a patient select menu designed by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Meal times for inpatients may vary due to procedures, therapy, or other circumstances. The SCBHS Dietary Department also provides a daily noon and evening meal at Scofield Place.
Hospital visitors, guests, and community members are welcome to order breakfast, lunch, or supper as well. All guest trays chosen off of the patient select menu are $5.00 each. Other items, such as the daily noon specials offered to Hospital staff and residents at Scofield Place, are available for a reasonable price as well. We are also pleased to offer a fully stocked Grab & Go cooler featuring fruit, vegetables, salads, sandwiches, beverages, desserts, snacks, and other items. This service is available 24 hours a day.
In addition to the daily meal services for our staff, patients, guests, and other customers, we offer home-delivered hot meals to community members through our Meals on Wheels services Monday-Friday each week (including all holidays). Meals on Wheels services are available to anybody living in Benson. If you do not live in Benson, but instead live in a neighboring community, we are able to provide frozen meals on a weekly basis.
